It does what it says and was free.

The free version has some limitation but as I only have two cameras this is not an issue for me. It has worked fine for me for a good number of months on both an iPod Touch and an iPhone so I have no complaint. It was just what I needed so I give it five stars, not because it is the ultimate app but because it does what it promises without drama.
UPDATE:
Does not seem to work on my iPad with iOS8 - thus down to two stars - something that doesnt work can expect a good rating.
